Here is an example of an interactive "scrollytelling" article I developed for the Mapping LAWS project that introduces a tangled-tree visualisation of key themes in autonomous weapons debates. I extended an existing Observable Notebook to add interactivity to allow people to explore our taxonomy of features of debates about autonomous weapons. The article is co-authored with Jeremy Moses and Sian Troath and is available on our project website.
Skills & Tools: Javascript; D3.js; Scrollama.js scrollytelling library; Observable Notebook.
